Voyageur’s Patient Transfer Services provide comfortable and caring non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who are stretcher- or wheelchair-bound. Our competent and compassionate team of Emergency First Responders ensure patients receive a seamlessly safe ride whether the trip is to or from a healthcare facility or home. Voyageur’s PTS service is one of the largest in Ontario, operating across the Province, and beyond its borders, from our facilities in London, Sarnia, Chatham and Waterloo Region. Like you, we want patients to receive the best care. We work together with healthcare providers, patients and families to coordinate and provide convenient and professional services that are always in the best interests of patient access to best care.

Voyageur strives to be available and flexible, whether we’re working within or without a service contract. Our reliable and efficient services are available 24/7 to ensure timely transportation.

Our on board crew is knowledgeable, highly skilled and are Red Cross certified  Emergency First Responders, with expertise in Conflict Resolution and infection control.  And of course, they have the extensive driver training you’d expect from a  transportation company of Voyageur’s calibre. All vehicles are well-equipped, including a trauma bag, oxygen and suction, to enable our staff to respond en route and check vital signs on a regular basis.  Voyageur’s intense focus on health and safety, and our heavy investment in both patient care and driver training, has made us a leader in this issue. In fact, Voyageur’s own Attendant Standards have been adopted as a benchmark across the Province of Ontario.
